Review: The Michika Green Tea Facial Mask

My love of cloth masks is very well known. I preach about it wherever and whenever I can. One of the reasons I love cloth masks is that they are super easy to use (no appointments needed), they are disposable and they leave behind a glorious serum which infuses into the skin. There is a new cloth mask on the market called Michika Complexion Synergist and it's a rejuvenating anti-fatigue facial mask. It offers 3 in 1 properties and boosts hydration, adds antioxidants and gives the richness of Green Tea and other vitamins.
Each Complexion Synergist mask comes in its own satchel which is date-stamped in the bottom left corner so that you can be assured that what you're using is from a fresh batch. I also love the design of the packaging and the labels, it's all very green and looks so inviting! I also like that this is not from a big corporation, but it was created by a lovely lady called Larissa who had a vision of making it easier for women to access beauty products without harsh chemicals, but with powerful natural ingredients like Green Tea, Vitamins C and E and Hyaluronic Acid. This is also a very soothing mask but it suits every skin type because the benefits like antioxidants and hydration is something we all need for our skin to glow. If you want to learn more you can also recieve a free e-book with more information.
I don't think you can ever wear a cloth mask without looking like a ghost or a bunny boiler, but the unfashionable look is well worth it for the benefits they offer. I like popping one on after the gym because that's when my skin needs hydration and vitamin boosting the most. If you are unsure of how to apply the Michika Green Tea Facial Mask you can check out this informative video. For the record I've applied the eye-patches wrong here, they are meant to be on the outside and then folded up.
Why so serious?
The back of the pack is really informative and contains everything you need to know about the Michika Cloth Masks. They have become my favourite masks and I have unfortunately just run out. The cost of five masks is AUD 28.30, but it also includes complimentary registered shipping within Australia.

When I wear the Green Tea Facial Mask I can practically feel the antioxidants soaking into my skin and it feels so divine! My skin also looks much more refreshed and healthier after the twenty-minute nap I usually have when wearing the cloth mask. I find that the Green Tea is great for illuminating my skin and I get the infamous glow that can be so hard to achieve without a Hollywood facialist on stand-by. The fragrance is beautiful and the serum that's left behind after the mask sinks in really quickly and it's a great weekly facial regime. I actually schedule my cloth facials once a week in my diary so that my routine isn't disrupted. That way there's not excuse for not getting my glow on.

Are you a fan of Green Tea? Have you tried cloth masks before?
