Pure Fiji Dilo Oil - The Anti-Ageing Booster

I've written before about Pure Fiji's beautiful products (I love my spa at home), and the Dilo Oil is no exception. I've been using it for eight weeks now and am thrilled at the benefits it has delivered. The green oil has become my best skin care buddy and I apply it twice a day.

The Sacred Dilo Tree is known as the three of a thousand virtues and as you probably guessed, it is located in Fiji. An interesting fact is that for centuries, Islanders believed that the dilo tree was a sacred gift of nature and that Gods hid in its branches.

The Dilo Oil has got a unique ability to enhance the skin's repair mechanism, it can soothe irritation and ensures the growth of healthy skin. It also boosts collagen production and does not leave the skin greasy. One of my favourite things about it is that there is a unique fatty acid found only in the Dilo Oil which assists in the soothing and healing process for the skin. It's also a great anti-ageing tool because of it's collagen boosting properties.
The scent is a little funny in the beginning but I don't mind it at all, it's just a little different. I use a tiny pump morning and night and apply it to any areas where I might have some dry skin or where a pimple is wanting to break out. It also calms down a breakout if my skin is playing up. I love how it works as both a healer and a preventer.

Instead of rubbing it into my face I gently tap it in because it absorbs quicker and better. The Dilo Oil also does an amazing job of healing acne scaring, bruises and it's a great hydration warrior. I combine the oil with the Jurlique Herbal Recovery Serum and my face loves the combination of the two.
All Pure Fiji's oils are cold-pressed and that helps the original structure of the oils stay intact which again promotes better healing and as such they are more effective at their job. The bottle of Dilo Oil is 15mls and I made my first one last for about six-seven weeks. It is such an integral part of my skin care regime now that I don't know what I did before it. If you need more proof of it's brilliance, check out the review from lovely Lucy, she knows what she's talking about.

The Dilo Oil retails for $39.95, but at the moment you can use the code WARMUP to receive 20% off any Pure Fiji purchase over $109 + free shipping (it ends 31st August). I've just run out of my favourite Nourishing Body Oil so I know what I will be buying. The big question is: what fragrance infusion to choose?

Have you heard of Dilo Oil before? What's your favourite fragrance infusion?
