Soothing Cleansing Oil is a love-it or leave-it kind of oil but I love it and so does my skin. It's great for removing makeup and perfect for travel because it has a top-cap that doesn't let the oil come out through the pump.
Caviar Ink (27). Bobbi Brown describes it as a deep black brown shade. The Eye Shadow is Cool Lilac (38) and it's a pink cool lilac shade. One great advantage to Bobbi Brown's eye shadows is that they can be applied either dry or wet depending on the colour intensity/longevity desired. The Dual-Ended Brush is sensational and I already have one of them in my Bobbi Brown Ultra Nude Palette.
I got the Touche Eclat from Myer and it came in a pack with a sample of the YSL Shocking Mascara and it is hands down the best mascara I've ever tried. It's almost like I wish I hadn't tried it because it's that good and I want to get my hands on a full-sized one but the $52 price tag is hard to swallow. It truly gives a great false lash effect and the brush is divine. No drizzling is another bonus and it's easy to remove at night. Tick, tick, tick. I was also given a few samples of the YSL Glossy Stain colours, a serum, a perfume and a makeup remover.
Now that my rant is over I can show you how the finished product looks. I used Brows a-go-go from Benefit to keep my brows in check, the little I have left of the Bare Minerals foundation in Fairly Light on my mug and Luster from NARS - my favourite kind of blush/bronzer. My hair was an after-thought too, I just applied a little Moroccanoil whilst it dried and then added a little more Morroccanoil after it had dried to keep my locks in check.
Here is a close-up of the Cool Lilac Eye Shadow, Caviar Ink Eyeliner and the Shocking Mascara.
