Two Seasonal Outfits from ASOS

I can't believe that it's been two weeks since we got back from Norway. Whilst I don't miss having to put on so many layers before going outside, I have to admit that I love winter clothing because it's just so comfortable! I have been dreaming up my next winter look with some help from ASOS and it was hard to narrow my options down, there is just so much to choose from.

My outfits always start with a great coat and the ASOS Fit and Flare Belted Coat is just stunning. The shape, the buttons and the colour are all top-notch and I love it. I am also a big fan of the French Connection Snow Ball Mittens, they would do a great job of keeping my hands warm. A scarf is also a must and this Large Tiger Face Scarf from River Island fits the bill perfectly. The colours are a little muted whilst blending together perfectly. My handbag of choice would be the Black Leather 11" from the iconic Cambridge company. It almost makes me want to study again. Almost being the key word here.

Underneath the coat I would wear a Chunky Knit from Vila. Seeing as emerald is the Pantone colour of 2013 it would be cool to match my nails with Essie's Stylnomics polish. It's such a gorgeous colour. The icing on the cake is the cute Oversized Pony Necklace from River Island. My jeans of choice are the Cheap Monday Tight Skinny Jeans which will go perfectly with the boots. I did actually try on the River Island Zip Side Ankle Boots when I was in London but I couldn't buy shoes due to suitcase space issues. Thankfully I can still get my River Island fix thanks to ASOS and shipping is free too so it's almost too easy.

Being back in Australia however, means that I hardly have to wear anything at the moment. Today it is expected to be 40 degrees in Sydney and it's already hot, hot, hot. Purple is my favourite colour I like a good print and the River Island Bright Cut Out Dress is absolutely beautiful. I would pair it with Oversized Retro Sunglasses from ASOS seeing as tortoise shell is my new colour obsession. For the arm party I would pick out an ASOS Boyfriend Watch seeing as I like big watches. On the other wrist I would wear a beautiful Colour Stone Chain Bracelet, also from ASOS.

Because my wrists would get a lot of attention, I would keep my earrings simple with just a couple of Orelia Stud Earrings. The dress actually has an inbuilt necklace so I don't need to add more attention to the neckline. I also picked out a gorgeous ASOS Horse Across Body Bag and I think it's super cute. It's also the perfect size for a phone, wallet, keys, lipgloss and it will still have room to spare. The sandals I have picked out are the hot pink ASOS Fantasy Flat Sandals. There is a lot of tan and gold in this outfit and I like breaking it up with a contrasting colour like pink. My nails would match the sandals with the Barry M High Shine Gel Finish Nail Polish in the shade Grapefruit.

I have shopped at ASOS.com many times and always been happy with what I received. In terms of sizing I just follow the size guide and it has served me well so far. Their beauty section is also great and it's from there that I got my Tangle Teezer. What I like about ASOS is that they have their own brand, but I can also get my River Island/Vero Moda/Vila/Oasis/Mango fix without getting on a long haul flight.
