I am now on my second bottle of the liquid Chlorophyll from Swisse and I thought I would share my thoughts on it. I keep preaching about the benefits and I really enjoy having my daily green drink. I have to admit that I was doing it slightly wrong in the beginning because I missed that all-important line about "refrigerating after opening" and the flavour was therefore a little bland. When I finally read it I placed my half-full bottle of chlorophyll in the fridge and the flavour was more minty, more distinct and just fresher.
What I don't like about it is that my tongue goes green and whilst it could be fun for Halloween, it just looks a little weird on a regular weekday. Another "disadvantage" is that I sometimes get a green mo' from drinking the chlorophyll. I think it has something to do with my drinking technique because this sometimes happens with red wine and orange vitamin water. Learn from my mistakes and remember to look in the mirror before going out after having drunk a coloured liquid.
