Lorna Jane has just released a fantastic campaign called the Move Nourish Believe Movement and you can download the app free from the Apple store. Next time you exercise, choose your move by pressing walk, run or cycle and your movement will be traced with km ran/cycled/walked, km per hour and how many calories burnt. Along with the app, there are also gorgeous bracelets available (whilst stocks last) and I have been wearing mine since I got it. NEON pink, people, what more can you ask for?
So now that I am all set in my new workout gear, I just have to get up and running. It is so much easier to get up in the mornings now that we are coming in to summer and the sun is up earlier. The weather has been really nice in Sydney lately too so I am loving it!
