I recently purchased a new iPhone cover and I went a little upmarket. After all, I am slightly addicted to my phone so I wanted it to have a good new home. I landed on the Hearts case from Diane von Furstenburg and I purchased it from Shopbop for $28. I really like Shopbop because they have quick shipping, it's free over $100 and their selection of clothes and accessories is amazing. They also have an excellent tech accessory collection.
Another fantastic aspect of Shopbop is their customer service. My first order (which also included earrings and a knit) went missing and never arrived in my hands. Although DHL had marked the delivery as being recived with "signature on file" it never happened and I do wonder if they went to the wrong house. Hopefully whoever received my goodies loved it. When I alerted Shopbop to the situation, Emily S from customer service responded really quickly and was super helpful. She followed up with DHL, the driver couldn't offer any more information and after further investigations, I was offered two choices. Since the knit and earrings had sold out, I could either get the whole order refunded, or they could send me a new cover and the other two items would be refunded. I chose the latter and was very excited to receive it within three days. I just don't know how they do it. So fast!
Then again, the other day I tweeted how I feared my chipped toe nail would prevent me from feeling zen in yoga. A total first world problem, I know, but it was still good to let it out. It turns out I was too busy sweating and doing Bikram's poses to even worry about it.
Which case does your phone live in? Have you tried Shopbop before? Thoughts on service feedback?
